BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS

The hirer accepts that the studio flat is a NO SMOKING AREA.

The booking is secured by payment of the fee, plus £100.00 returnable key deposit (against breakages).

The exterior gate, exterior door and inner doors are all operated by electronic locks and have digital codes which can be sent by text message to your mobile phone on the day of arrival. This is to prevent them being lost. There is also a high security mortice key which will be given to you. Notwithstanding the above we advise travel insurance.
